All orders are sent with Australia Post unless specific arrangements have been made.

Orders, before 11am, will be sent the same day otherwise next day dispatch.

Orders between $150 – $349 (EX-GST), $9.50 + GST

Orders over $500 (EX-GST), FREE

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When you provide us your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Prices and discounts

All prices shown on products are in Australian dollars and are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax).

At Acuherbs we maintain consistency in our pricing, however factors such as foreign currency exchange rates and product cost increases may contribute to price increases without prior notice. If an order has been placed and we have entered a product price incorrectly we will contact you to inform you of the mistake. You can then either accept the adjusted price or have that product removed from your order.

Out of Stock Items

Some existing products may at times be discontinued. Please note that we will always endeavor to replace these products with new products of similar or better functionality and quality.

Refund Policy

The products must be in original condition including original packaging. Please ensure returned goods are in original conditional, any branded retail packaging is unopened or repacked as new and not used, damaged, or altered in any way. Repackaging fee for returned goods with incomplete or damaged packaging may apply. In general, we require notification of a request to return goods within 7 days of order.

Before you return your products, please contact us. As soon as we receive your goods we will inspect the item and process your request. If the item has been found faulty and out of stock will contact you to offer an alternative product or offer a refund.

Acuherds deliver all products via Australia Post. Different regions take different time. It will take 1-2 days in Victoria and longer in other states.
